- To suggest and implement new technologies which are scalable for longer period.
- To manage internal data centres as well as set up cloud data centre and recovery sites.
- To implement domain access file server.
- To implement internal instant messaging platform.
- To implement e-commerce portal for USA warehouse.
- To manage and effectively utilize current softwares /applications in place.
- To suggest and manage digital marketing strategies.
- To implement sales CRM
Qualification:-
Bachelor of Engineering/ Computer programming/ software development.
Experience:-
8+ years of experience in business technology and digital transformation.
Know-how:-
- Experience with a range of Digital technologies from Software to Operational Hardware
- Experience with a range of analytical technologies including SAS, proprietary Machine Learning tools, data automation systems.
- Proficiency in database languages/ query generation.
- Extensive knowledge on software licensing requirements.
- Extensive background in analytics, statistics, and big data management.
- Deep knowledge of various process improvement tools.
- Must have experience in a renowned CRM and SAP/MS Dynamics ERP.
- Experience in preparation of IT budget.
- Experience in conducting technical reviews, performing the compliance check regularly, along with brainstorming new ideas.
