1. Mrs. Shilpa Bapna (having DIN – 00594514) has been appointed as Woman Director as Additional Director on the Board in terms of Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. Mr. Dinesh Kumar Jain has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 19th March 2015 in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
