As part of the continuous expansion, we are looking for a General Manager Operations to look after the manufacturing operations.
The incumbent has to be a qualified engineer with at least 20 years’ experience in the business of manufacturing, with majority of the experience in woven raffia. A brief Job Description is as below
- Responsible for Production and Quality. All individual Unit heads will report to him.
- Production and Planning, which includes inter unit manufacturing coordination
- IR functions of the manufacturing personnel
- Reduction in Operating Cost
- Helping in diversification and induction of new technologies
